Liz serves on the Cass District 63 Board of Education where she is actively involved in the finance and facilities committees. She also serves on the School Association for Special Education in DuPage County (SASED) governing board.

During her tenure with Cass District 63, student test scores and attendance rates have risen, and the district's financial rating improved to AA+. The district also passed a significant referendum and successfully completed a multi-school construction project, resulting in substantial future taxpayer savings.

An experienced education recruitment consultant and award-winning former teacher, Liz holds a master's degree in public policy from UCLA, where she focused on education policy. She has led high-performing recruitment teams, developed systems to streamline recruitment processes, and worked alongside superintendents and principals to drive student success.

Liz is passionate about team collaboration and problem-solving to achieve shared goals. She lives in Darien with her husband, a partner at a corporate law firm, and their two children, who will attend Hinsdale South in the future.
